Upgrade protection is designed to allow you to upgrade your SmarterTrack license to the latest minor or major release. This purchase doe not change the version of your license although this can be done at the same time by purchasing the appropriate license upgrade.

You can renew your upgrade protection up to 60 days before it expires at a heavily discounted rate of 40% of the current license cost. If however your upgrade protection has expired then it will cost you 85% of the full license cost.

If you are unsure if your upgrade protection has expired or not, please contact us before making your purchase as incorrect renewals cannot be refunded or reversed!

We will also need your existing SmarterTrack license key to carry out the renewal. Once processed, you will be to upgrade to the latest release immediately.
